Outstanding journeys

·1992: Argentina-Mexico, 10500 km (3 months). In Monterrey, Mexico, he ran the DecaIronman. During this journey across Lain America he tried to turn people’s attention towards the environment. Has participated in the cause ever since.
·1993-94: First and second journey across Argentina, through every province, 25.900 km (153 stages). He visited 250 schools, talking about the environment.
·Cumbre del Aconcagua: On the bicycle, solitary and unaided. Where he couldn’t pedal, he carried the bicycle.
·1995: Ushuaia-Alaska, 22000km (5 months) First continental crossing in favor of the environment, crossing the Atacama desert and the Andes several times.
·1996-97: Around the world, across the northern Hemisphere. 24000km (7 ½ months). From the Mediterranean to the Arctic Polar Circle, countries of the ex-Soviet Union, Middle East, the Himalayas, China and Canada.
·1998: 1st part of the second lap around the world. 11.500km (2 ½ months). North Africa, Sahara Dessert, Canary Islands, Amazons, Bolivian jungle and the Uyuni salt lake, the largest in the world.
·1999: Second part of the Southern Hemisphere lap around the world. 17.800km (6 months) with his wife, Regina. Namibia, South Africa, Malasia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina.

Favorite place on Earth: Places unreached by contamination, like the woods and mountains of Canada, Nepal, Tibet and the Andes Plateau.

Greatest pride: Two complete laps around the world, on alone and one with my wife. Wanting to do it again. Being one of the 10 people that completed the Quintuple Ironman and the Decaironman, for the first time in history.
